Frequently Asked Questions
You can place an order by browsing our products, selecting the Elder Diaper you need, adding it to your cart, and proceeding to checkout. Enter your shipping details, choose a payment option, and confirm your order.
Delivery typically takes 2โ7 working days, depending on your pin code. Remote areas may take a little longer.
Orders above โน500 qualify for free shipping. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee may apply.
Once your order is shipped, we will share a tracking ID via email or SMS. You can use it to check the delivery status online.
We accept online payments (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets) as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) at select pin codes.
Some locations are not serviceable for COD due to courier restrictions. We are continuously working to expand COD availability.
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us at our support email with your order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per policy.
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened diaper packs cannot be returned unless defective.
Refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 5โ7 working days. For COD orders, refunds are initiated after the returned product is received and approved.
For hygiene products like diapers that are generally non-returnable, we provide replacements only if the product is defective or incorrect from our side.
