Eligibility: What You Can Return
Please let us know within 7 days of receiving your delivery if you’d like to return something.
Any item you send back must be unused, unwashed, and still in its original packaging—tags, labels, and extras included.
Keep your order confirmation or receipt on hand; it helps us find your order quickly and makes sure you’re taken care of.
Items That Can’t Be Returned
- Opened or partially used diapers, underpads, or wipes
- Unsealed sanitary or hygiene products
- Personalized or custom items

How to Start Your Return
Reach Out First
Email us (support@elderwell.in) or call 7439665652 within 7 days.
Please include your order number, which item you want to return, and a short reason.
Get Your Return Approved
Our team reviews your request and will send you clear instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if your item qualifies.
Pack Your Items
Place everything exactly as it arrived—unused, with all packaging.
Write the RMA number boldly on the box.
Slip in your receipt or a copy of your order confirmation.
Send It Back
Use our prepaid label (when provided), or any trusted, trackable shipping method.
If it’s our error or your item was faulty, we’ll cover shipping.
Getting Your Refund
We’ll let you know by email as soon as your return gets to us.
If everything looks good, you’ll receive your refund within 7 business days—straight back to your original payment method.
Your bank or card company may need a couple more days to show it.
Easy Exchanges
Need a replacement for something damaged or defective? Call or email, and we’ll sort it quickly.
If you want to swap for a different item, simply return your original, and order the new product separately.
